You're probably larger then they're used to or taking to hard/long of strokes. Try slowing down and taking shorter strokes, it'll feel better for both of you.

She's just dry and not turned on enough, and condoms just make that problem worse. Slow down and make sure you're taking enough time to get her to the point where she's ready for you, especially if you're large. And get some lube at the drugstore. That'll help a lot.
