If that means gas chromatography / mass spec then they will know quite exactly how much of the THC or THC byproducts are in your system. I don't know much about the tests specifically, but a mass spec test is going to cost them a little bit more to do, but will be far more accurate... find out if that's what it is cause if it is you should be very careful
