I do have air ventilation coming into the closet, there is a fan going. Is this pot to small for my plant? should I transfer over to a bigger pot? By the way this 7 days later of when I posted the first pic, the plant looks to be doing alot better.

I have 2 100 watt flourescent on top about 2 inches away from the top of the plant. whole closet covered in aluminum foil, hopefully i will be changing to mylar soon though.
