Now yer talkin ! :thumbsup: I thought that this thread was about biscuits..not cookies ! I was gonna say that scratch biscuits are the best,along with some good ol scratch gravy..be it sausage,bacon or red-eye !

Btw,for y'all folks not from the South, 'scratch' means home-made,by hand.
