Is Aquafina just trying to get my money?
Orange.
Stick to pure water. There is no substitute for this need by the body.
All these chemical additives that food manufacturers are adding to water only put more of a burden on your kidneys and liver to remove those substances.
Pure water, non cholorinated, non flouridated, no added taste enhancers.
This is what every cell in the body needs to function properly, maintain joint lubrication, flush toxins out of the kidneys etc.
Once again you look at your own urine to gauge your dehydration status.
Dark yellow means dehydrated. Not a good state to be in for multiple reasons.
A very light yellow is what you want.
Follow the standard 6-8 glasses of pure untainted water each day.
Later.
