well im stoned now but who cares i needed the smoke, i wanna tell u about my day i had today.Im workin on a building site atm i really dont like but today has bein the shittest of all days, all the other workers think they can tell me what to do and order be about to do petty jobs for them people proberly think u gotta start at the bottom to get to the top well its shite and i really dont like it iv bein there a month now all i get is everyone moaning at me a person i no i work with tells me that his gona sack me messing round like but in a really nasty way and all the people there are moody fuckas all they do is moan and like i said i get no good jobs and im not enjoying it at all what do u all think i should? i wanna quite this friday and find a new job bein then, and then to top this all off iv bein having abit of trouble with my gf the last few weeks but thats jus all gone now and im still really paranoid about it but ah well, the only good thing i like about work is when i get phat deals off someone i work with but thats every 3 weeks i need help!!!well i think iv told u all everything il check later when im unstoned

Well, Proof, there are two ways in which you can address this problem.

1. When you're at work, try to be someone else. Let all their petty moaning flow around you, and silently mock them for their inadequacies. You do have to start at the bottom - it's a fact of life, but will make you a better person in the long run; ie, if you have cleaned the toilets, then one day, if you are ever someone's superior, you are perfectly within your right to ask them to do it - "I wouldn't make anyone do something that I was not prepared to do myself". Building site labourers are notoriously miserable fuckers - it's in the job description lol - throw it in their faces man - like, be overly cheerful and helpful, even when, deep inside, you wanna slap em, or summat - reverse psychology?
Dare your 'mate' to sack you - then sue em in court for wrongful dismissal lol

2. Get a different job - BEFORE you jack in this one - self preservation dude, a bitter pill to swallow, but like all meds, it'll be good for you lol.

well if u ur not happy with ur job maybe u should find another one. I wouldnt quit the one u have tho until u do have another, jobs are so hard to find, but u are the only one that can make urself happy. So either go to that job and deal with the shit, or find a new one and tell them to fuck off.
