in the usa im from new jersey and i know for a fact u can walk in to a liqour store and just pick a bottle up its behind the counter but for the uk i have no idea never been there so good luck on your search

maybe iowa just loves cheap liquor that will fuck you up quick, but everclear is available in almost any liquor store i have been to in iowa. i have never bought it or drank it outside of a jungle juice party though.
