I'v topped and LST,LST is what I stick with because I proved to myself that the yeild increased.It is possible to get a few nice spear buds but alot of them are little popcorn buds that are yummy.

Best method to get most yield in least time I was wondering what is the best method of growing (topping, bending, etc.) to get the most amount of cannabis and in the least amount of time? I know that topping (cutting the main cola for the ones below to grow) will increase yield but wouldn't it slow the whole growing process down because it has to heal itself?
