Best method for most yield in the least amount of time?

I was wondering what is the best method of growing (topping, bending, etc.) to get the most amount of cannabis and in the least amount of time? I know that topping (cutting the main cola for the ones below to grow) will increase yield but wouldn't it slow the whole growing process down because it has to heal itself? So yea, I just want to grow it quick and get the most buds. Thanks...

LST won't slow things down much, if at all, but topping will, so if speed is of the essence, forget topping, stick with LST, or ScroG the plants.
