also this ran me $10 and the grinder was $18. the grinder has 3 sections with a stash compartment. good deal? or did i get riped off?

Yah go glass, nothing else even compares. Get a good thick glass one, and when you're buying it make sure that the hole the smoke gos down into is very small. A lot of my friends have recently got some pipes and weed sucks right through before the bowl is done. Good luck bro.
