Hey,

In a piece of mylar I cut a hole (for stem) and a line and put it in the pot directly under the plant. So, the light from the above reflects from it and plants get light from the bottom too.

What do you think of this practice?

I've noticed that after several hours after putting mylar, bottom leaves start to look a little downwards. They get too stressed of the light or simply think that the source of the light is coming from the bottom?

Thanks!
