Calling someone a fruit is and will always be funny. Or calling something fruity is funny aswell. I prefer to call things homosexual. It sounds more sophisticated. Or my favorite "Youre a fucking homo". Gay jokes are funny. Period, whats funnier than a guy who acts like hes a woman to attract other men who dont have vaginas. I think alot of gay guys are attracted to the masculinity that other men have....yes some prefere boys and drag and other less masculine people...

...but what would be the point of a gay guy acting like a woman...if the other guy is interested in men....it doesn't really make sense which is why I dont think what you said is true

To be honest if I hear it I'm not too offended (but I'm not gay so go figure) but my partner gets really pissed about it. For example "Retard" seems almost considered acceptable in the US, in the UK it isn't.

Most of the time I just think it's kids with their usual fads/crazes over using a particular word - to excess, just for effect. But maybe it's just a cultural oil spill from the realm of teh L33t HaXxor f4gs on teh internet omfg!! +1+1 .

97% of my school uses 'gay' to describe anything bad/uncool/stupid etc. I used to when I was like, 10, but then realised how ridiculously stupid it is and stopped. Every time I overhear someone say something like that, I can't help but interject with "yeah it's really homosexual isn't it Grow up."

And then I wonder why nobody likes me. haha :thumbsup:
