I hit a middle aged man in the face and watched his nose blow up like a blood bomb. The short story. My 18yr old cousin is down visiting and today I asked her (she drives) if she could stop at the hardware store so I could pick up some things. This guy, who is parked in the parking lot, has a trailer, and is parked at the front of the lot. 2 car length, even 3 car length space he's taking up, and blocking EVERYONE out so they Rating: 5

I respect all of your comments, positive and negative.

I lost it big time yesterday. I have been to anger management before, and it did seem to help, but in a way, it didn't. I go to a therepist every 3months, and through the years, I have learned not to bottle things up. I used to, and I would erupt at the wrong time in mental breakdowns, so I have learned to express how I feel at that moment.

Wrong way to express it though. Now that I think about it, hitting a man for blocking a road so I can make a quick stop at the hardware store, just seems a little too much. I fipped on him, big time.

For the record, I didn't sucker punch him. My fist was clenched and he saw me coming for a good 15ft while he continued to test me. I didn't spit on him, that's why I bolded at him, but it seems it still didn't stand out, so next time, I'll use huge letters the size of the screen.

Hey, at least you recognize the situation for what it is. That's half the battle right there. Just keep it cool and be careful...I think people want to read things from you and not read about you...

I have a terrible temper as well and I have had to learn to keep it under control. I have been in situations (more than once) like the one you described and I cant say I wouldnt have done the same thing. Like others have said tho, just make sure you dont end up picking on one of those "gangstas" that has watched one too many rap videos and carries his "gat" wherever he goes. :thumbsup:

I have to agree with your anger...I know there are so many a-holes out there! But you did go a little far!!! It's not worth going to jail for assault! But I do see why you got so pissed....

There comes a time when you learn that it's easier to walk away and accept that the person has REAL issues with life. Why get in trouble over a loud mouth asshole. NOW the dude has an open door for a lawsuit on ya, double whammy and he laughs in the end.

Sometimes other people deserve a good punch in the nose, there's no way around it. I wasn't there, so I'm not going to say this was one of those situations, but there's definitely a time and place for it.
