Ok, so I guess these are called "Power Hitters". I doubt they make them
anymore, this one is from 1977. It's a smoking device specifically for joints.
I was cleaning out the garage yesterday with my mom and her boyfriend
and I came across this thing, at first I didn't know what it was but then I
saw the pot leaf on it & asked the boyfriend what it was and how you use it.
It was my moms boyfriend when he was a teenager.
Maybe some of the older people on these forums have seen/used one of these,
I haven't used it yet since it's been in the garage for 15+ years,
I want to give it a good washing first.

you stick the joint in the little tube that's on the lid (pic 2)
then light the joint and screw the lid back on.

then you squeeze it, when it's filling back up with air it shoots all the smoke up
through the little hole on the top of the lid (this is the part i was a little confused with)
or you keep squeezing it 'till all the smoke is in the little
chamber, then you smoke out of the hole in the lid (looks like it has a carb
which makes it seem it could be used this way).

That's interesting as I've never seen one before. It works just like "the third lung", using air as suction to gather the sweet, smelly smoke.

Never seen one but I imagine it works as you describe or close to it...squeeze bottle, insert joint, let bottle 'suck in' smoke, squeeze to release smoke, repeat.

Pretty cool. Don't see any pratical use for it, but points for creativity.
