I've quit for almost 4 weeks and only smoked a small "j" once practically every night though. I almost immediatly started lifting weights. I am almost 6' 3" and weigh about 210-220. I also started taking creatine, multi-vitamin and protien supplements about three weeks ago. I am a city worker, so I work out in the hot sun and sweat a lot...also drink a lot of water.
