I've quit for almost 4 weeks and only smoked a small "j" once practically every night though. I almost immediatly started lifting weights. I am almost 6' 3" and weigh about 210-220. I also started taking creatine, multi-vitamin and protien supplements about three weeks ago. I am a city worker, so I work out in the hot sun and sweat a lot...also drink a lot of water. May have a drug test this week (Wednesday). Rating: 5

False alarm. I have another two or three weeks before the test which will be way over 30 days clean. What a relief, I think that I can take it easy now.

I think you'll be fine, dude. But monitor yourself with some home tests (order off of ebay cos they're cheaper) to see how you're doing. I was able to buy myself time and was 60+ days clean. I'm a middle-aged woman with low metab, plus a plus-sized chick but not grossly so. I started testing clean after 27 days.

30 days is the general rule for the average user. Since you'll have 40-50 days, you should be fine, but keep home testing yourself.

If you're buying tests at the drug store (Walgreen's, CVS, Rite-Aid, Osco) just get the THC if that's all you're worried about, cos they're cheaper.

Hey ebay has them for cheap. 3 home test for 6.25 USD +s/h. maybe custom fees if you can't find someone in canada to sell em. But on ebay, you can find anything.

i'm 17, 5' 11", 210 pounds, lift a lot (football player), took a test two weeks after smoking about 1 gram over 2 days(after a previous 2 week break) so if you work on construction you should be fine in a 4 week period no doubt

the half life of thc is anywhere from .8 days to shit it's on some faq somewhere...
