    i heard drinking polident/efferdent in water cleans you out. but i don't wanna take a risk without hearing it from other sources. what are your thoughts?

    my thoughts? it will almost certainly not 'clean you out'. Will it dillute your urine anymore than drinking water alone will? who knows, probably not.
