New to Vaporizers

Hello all,

A little help if possible. I just bought a vaporizer (yes, a cheaper $50 one) and honestly, I don't know how to use it. I mean, I know what it does, I just don't know how to set it up to smoke out of. My camera battery is dead so I don't have pictures, but I can describe it the best I can.

It has a flat base with a round cylinder sticking out if it. Coming out of the cylinder is a tube for the smoking. Inside the cylinder it is about two inches deep. In the center, is a metal plate where the stem is sitting. Here's where I am a bit confused. On top of the stem where the bowl should be, it does have a bowl of some sorts, but inside the metal "bowl" it has a screw at the bottom (assumingly to attach the bowl to the stem) and the sides have grooves on them almost as though you're supposed to screw something (another bowl?) in on top. All this is inside the glass globe that fits over the top.

I'm a little hesitant to just put my herb in that "bowl" especially if thats not what it's supposed to go in. Am I missing something that was supposed to go into it? The shop I picked it up from is watched like a hawk so they won't even give instructions on how to use it much less any sort of manual. I asked them if this was all I needed, they said yes.

well, i'll assume it works the same as the bc vaporiser. go online look up the bc vaporiser website and go to the how to section or something like that for info.

First off, thanks for the reply. I went to the website for BC Vaporizers and thats basically what I got. (only those look alot better) One question remains though. Hopefully the picture describes what I'm looking at.

If you look to the top of the bowl, there are lines or grooves as though you're supposed to screw something in there. My question is do I just put the herb in there or is there some sort of bowl I'm supposed to get to screw into that receptacle.

Forgive me for getting so specific about this. All I've ever smoked out of is a bong so that's all I know.
