But our laws here in ohio are different if i open our doors to the cops to look for my brother they have every right to arrest me for the marijuana plant because its in the house we gave them permission

thats when you ask for a warrent, if they have no warrent then you say you cant coem in . simple as that... close the door, ive done it many of times

now when they come with the warrent, like stated above read it thourohly, they can only get what it states in the warrent, ther looking for your bro not pot.

when they find the pot, remind them that it was not stated inthe warrent that they were looking for srugs of any sort...and all that will happen is a cut down of your plants and them leaving...but i would not advise growin in the house again after that......lol
