drink 10 glasses of water and piss twice the day of the test (before it), if they say it is to clear take alot of b vitamins or substitute gatorade for water

I bought a Bunch of alfa Scientific home kits, read this forum and started to pee :D Anyhow I'm geting 2 results: "Fail" and "invalid". I think it is the Specific gravity stuf that fucks up my samples (to dilute) but I'm not sure. So I'll be happy to get some help... What cause it to be invalid (no stripes at all everything stay white)? what can I do to elevate my urine specific gravity? will the Rating: 5
