I been reading these boards for a while and I know a few of you guys failed drug test using detox/strip flush drinks and pills. Most guarentee between 99.99%-400% effective with money back guarentees. Now my question is, has anyone gotten their money back?

I have a friend who bypassed my drug test passing information and went ahead an bought this expensive flush drink from gnc. The damage was about $69.99 USD with a 100% guarentee. Welp, he failed the drug test. He had 3 weeks to clean naturally or use the substitute method I advised him of. Now he's pissed and demands his money back, but the company keeps telling him, "don't use drugs".

Has anyone else had these problems and what have you done?

how are you planning on getting a refund without having showing a copy of the test results? No results = no refund, and for most testing companies, you get no results. If you could get a refund of 400%, that would cover the cost of the detox drink, the drug screen, and still some left over to show a nice profit after intentionally failing. so why aren't more people commiting drug test fraud? Either the company doesn't back their policy or you can't get proof.

well, the company sent him a letter stating he failed the drug test, thank you for your application, blah blah blah...

So you think if he submits a copy of the letter, w/receipt to the company he may have a chance of getting his money back? The company is GNC.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news... but I currently work at GNC.

As far as GNC is concerned, you are out of luck. As an employee, you are instructed that the "cleansing" drinks we offer are NOT used for drug tests. In fact, if someone even mentions a drug test, we are to refuse the sale.

I'm not sure which brand of cleanse drink you purchased, but at $70, you were ripped off. Stores have been getting in trouble because they are jacking up the prices on these cleanse drinks in order to sell a GNC Gold card. The drinks we carry range in price from $29 - $49. If you suspect this is what happened, I advise you to call the GNC customer service number. This is your best chance of getting a refund. (Look your product up on GNC.com to see what the actual price of your product should be.)

Also, you will never get your money back by saying that you failed a drug test. As I said before, the mere mention of a drug test is enough to get you booted from the store. When I sell one of these drinks, I have to tell the customer they are non-refundable through GNC. The 100% guarantee on the bottle is only guaranteed by the company who manufactures the drink who has nothing to do with GNC. Try calling the company's 800 number on the side of the bottle.

When you take a test for employment the test results become property of the company and you are not allowed to have the results. This is why companies offer this refund. Also depending on what state you are in, it may be illegal to sell anything that could be used to falsify a government or employment drug test. The laws were past in the last few years and are in places like Arkanssass, New Jersey, North & South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, Texas and a few other places. THis would keep them from admiting that it was even created for this, thus negating the refund. A sure fire way to pass is to get a colostomy bag from a med supply store and get someone else to pee for you. You can get the bag from a med store for about $20-30 or buy a kit on ebay for about $15 with a hose and heating pad. The web sites that sell urine are sometimes even worse. Mostly they sollicit urine from people and never test it before it is sent out. The money they make can cover a few failed tests and they can get new samples before sending out new orders....so it just screws a few people (a real gamble). Their money back guarantee is the same way. If you pay with credit card you can order, either order priority to avoud signature confirmation or do not sign or sign a different name, then file for a charge back through the credit card company. This way you get the product for free so if it fails, you dont loose anything. Ive never done it myself but if your sick of getting screwed its an option. Its good for one or two times after too many times you need to be careful the credit card company will recognize a pattern for fraud. Hope this helps someone.

i am one of the poor saps that fell for the detox and pills crap. I was told that this is 99.99% effective. I failed the drug test and it cost me BIG. Passyourdrugtest.com and passcannabistest.com are major rip offs. I have threatened lawsuits and received some money back. Pass this info along to everyone you know. It's scam! Substitution is obviously the only way to go. Quickfix 4.0 seems to work for everyone. Read past stuff on these threads. Wish i knew about this site before I got ripped off. They claim everyone passes with their shit, and it is worthless shit, until you fail and then they say" I never told you it's 100%. I'd love to file a class action suit against these rip off artists.
