Second Floor Patio Plant

Hi all. I have a few questions for you experts out there. this is my first grow

First off, here are the important stats about my plant:

Around late April, I threw a bunch of bagseeds into a pot on my patio that adjoins my second floor bedroom. I just threw the seeds on top of the soil (already fertilized). Two weeks later I noticed a small plant poking through the soil.

I live in southern California and the plant gets 8-10 hours of direct sun a day. I water every other day or so (whenever it looks wilted).

Recently, to my great joy, it has shown the white hairs. Also recently, to my dismay, it seems I have an infestation of bugs.

I tried to take some pics-- my camera died (batteries) but I did get one or two. (Sorry about the bad quality but the batteries were dying)

The plant towers over me and I'm 6'2. But it is in a raised pot so I figure it is around 5 feet tall. The fence behind it is 8 foot.

My main question is: should I worry about the bugs or leave them be? I do not want to use any chemicals. The underside of the leaves have lots of tiny black dots and some strange, aphid looking critters crawling about. I have lots of spiders around and was hoping that they would help kill some of these bastards. Will they infest the buds?

Also, does she look like she will produce a healthy amount of buds? I did top it a few times but other than that I have done nothing.

She is only visible from the sky and there are a lot of helicopters around here. I thought about yanking her but cannot bring myself to do the bloody deed.

So, my last question is: will I have buds by the end of August? Does she look healthy overall?

Definately looks like a good plant man looks like you will get a decent amount of bud off of it also. and for the bugs i think you will have to use chemicals unless the spiders built web on leaves to protect.

Looks like Spidermite/Thrips.

You could get some Neem Oil - it's Organic and pesticide free if you can get some.

You mix it with water and some detergent (like liquid to wash dishes etc - not clothes!) and then spray this on your plant.

Do this in the evening when it isn't in the sun.

Leave it for an hour (a good soaking - under the leaves too) and then wash off the Neem oil with some soapy water followed by some plain water spray.

I find the soapy water helps get the Neem oil off the plant and the clear water flushes it all away.

The Neem oil adds nutrients to your soil and if you use a mild detergent thats safe around plants you should be OK.

DO NOT do this and leave them in the sun - they will be badly damaged.

DO NOT leave the Neem oil on - it can cause weird burns when the plant is next in the sun.
