I harvested the other day, and I did it without flushing.

I cut one plant off, trimmed the fan leaves, and noticed that it was like a boquet of flowers. As a joke, I put it in a vase with water, set it on the counter, and told my wife "Happy 5 year anniversery." It was then I thought that the plant wil continue to suck water just like a bunch of roses or something, and this must be essentially flushing.

I let it sit there for 4 days, and it continued to thrive, and the house continued to smell. Will this do the same thing as flushing before harvest? Seems logical to me. It drank 2 or 3 cups of water, so didn't it get flushed?
