And yes remove all plastic,or anything you used to keep moisture on them

I soaked them in H20 for a day then put them in ht plugs and had them in an incubator for 2-3 days. all 3 are about two inches tall and are just starting to show their second set of real leaves. I have moved the seedlings to a DWc system that just contains tap water, no nutes have been added. So basically i was wondering when should i start my 400w MH light?
