    Sellers, answer this...

thanks all, these are all great opinions, i like seeing that. Good points like them still selling to coffieshops, but i was more considering the people who do nothing but constitute the middleman, you know the ones who just move the product. For example my dealer, he sells only pot, that is his only job... and he doesn't grow. "100,000 stoners to hotbox the milenium dome", great idea, but dont you think we might need to do it inside a oreo factory instead??

That's exactly what I did. Bought an O at a time and broke even by selling it to friend for cheap, and I also got to smoke for free for a week at a time...
I don't think the weed buying industry will change much if it's legalized. We'll just start seeing deals go down in daylight and open places, etc..

oh yes it would, at least prices would drop so dramatically that it wouldn't be worth the money; ps: if it were legal you wouldn't be needing "bulbs".

but i think the answer to this question is that the odds of this happening anytime soon are slim to none

Dealers will always have a place in society because when it is legal, dealers will still be sellin tax-free.

I've been selling for almost two years now, and I haven't had a 9-5 kinda job in a while now, so my income is basically everything I make off selling bud. It fills my gas tank, pays for my food to live, and pays for my bills. Does it let me buy extra shit? No, but oh well, can't do much w/o a real job.

What would I do if it got legalized? Well, if the gov't charges too much for it, I'm sure there will still be those dealers trying to get their money and charging less for it.. so I might try that way out.

As far as what's more important.. I only started selling to make money.. so the obvious answer is makin' that scrilla.

Their still will be dealers, think about all the name brand, store hours, taxes,
shitty phillip morris produced weed, there will still be conossiurs of pot when its
    legal, like alcy and tabacco.

    Speaking as a former seller....

    1. When pot is legalized, I plan to take advantage of the situation and open coffee shops. I have a 'grand plan' for a line of coffeeshops that I would build with the hopes they would become the ultimate stoners paradise. Also, I would invest in startups that will producing products made from hemp. Once actual products start rolling off the lines, I have no doubt that companies in these industries are going to turn HUGE profits. Get in on the ground level @ 1.50 a share and cash out after two stock spilts @ 100.00 a share...purely hypothetical but you get the idea.

    2. Personally, I'd rather be able to smoke legally without fears. I have many different business ideas and and most are not centered around cannabis. I have a career so it's not like I'm in a position where I must sell. Just let me smoke and go about my business.

    2 questions.

    1. When weed is finally legalized, what will you do for money?

    2. What is more important to you?
smoking pot legally -or- Making money through selling
I deal as a side job although right now I make more money selling pot then I do working construction but oh well.

I still would rather have it legalized although it would put me in a though financial situation. I started dealing to smoke for free but after buying QP's at a time it turned more into making money. I just hope if it ever does get legalized it gets grown so much that its dirt cheap. If weed were to stay 10.00 a gram after being legalized then I would be fucked and would have to think of another way to make money. I think if it got legalized it would be like ciggartes though ... just picture going to 7/11 and asking for a pack of mauwie wowie and getting 20 joints for 5.00????
