Does this look healthy?
Actually those pics are looking good. I can't see any sign of overfeeding, or not enough to be alarmed out.

Just get that plant outside in the sun for a few hours each day, and every week, increase the sun exposure of the plant every 2 hrs, so it doesn't get burnt up from the hot AZ sun. Start with a few hours each day, and slowly increase.
Feed once a week or every two weeks. Don't over do it now. The plants health in the vegg. stage reflects the outcome of the flowering stage. Keep her healthy, and good things will come.
Good luck.Nochowderforyou Reviewed by Nochowderforyou on . Does this look healthy? This plant is now about 4weeks old does it look healthy? Its my first grow. Rating: 5

Is that a 3 gallon container?
If it is, you are fine with container size.
Are you PHing your water between 6-7 ?

The size of pot is fine.
I think you have a slight case of a Nitrogen deficiancy. Leaves are dying from the bottom up and brown spots it looks like.
I read that you have only fed it 4 times. I suggest feeding it again within the nest few days before all the leaves die. Just don't feed over the recommended amount as that will create a whole new set of problems.
The plant right now needs something high in Nitrogen (N-P-K). I use 5-1-1 Fish Emulsion (organic), but there are plenty of other choices out there. Just pick one that has a high N number compared to the rest. If your MG has that, then feed again.
Good luck.
