piss test coming up

our schools gone haywire and shit. i'm somewhat new to marijuana. but theyre making us do piss tests. this is my background: i smoked last thursday, and i did the tuesday the week before that, and before that tuesday, i didnt toke for 3 months. so its a lil over a week since i last did. and i want to know if theres anyway of getting this shit out of my system, with just household appliances? because i might not be able to get some "fast flush" before then. so, any help would be appreciated.

It sucks schools do drug testing. You should be okay if your're last was last thursday. Best thing to do is drink plently of water (minimum of 8 glasses), try to exercise and eat properly (meaning don't diet or nothing like that), and stop smoking until ya test is done.

go ahead and keep smoking, but the day of the test drink 10 glasses of water and piss twice before it, and if they schedule for a re-take and say it's to clear, do the same thing except take alot of b vitamins with it or substitute gatorade for water
