my plant had started 2 grow small buds. theres loads of them. because there only very small does this mean its a male. also is this is the start of flowering for it. please help Thanks

also its 3 months old and is just over 30in is that ok

I have exactly the same question. I thought I saw preflowers last week, now I'm not so sure.

Go from there....and if you have females in the patch, get the males the hell out of there , or else your going to have some seed weed.

unless you are seeing 2 little white or cream-colored hairs coming out of an ovoid shape at the junction of the leaves and trunk either keep waiting and watching or they're males. mine are beginning to show now and have already id-ed most of them using a 10x magnifying glass

preflowers on males will show a spade-shaped nob and also can appear mushroom-shaped and later as a cluster of tiny grapes at the same leaf junction with the trunk but will never have hairs.
