heres a couple of things that i would consider quite bad about this

get a big box line it with aluminium

by aluminium i take it you mean aluminium foil which dosent get your thread off to a good start cause aluminium foil can get hotspots from the light which can burn the plants leafs, mylar is the best reflective material that i know of and can be picked from any hydro store mylar is about 98% reflective

after 2 week of vegetation put them in bigger pot with flowering soil in

instead of changing soils between cycles why not stick to one soil thru out the grow and just use nutrients this will save you disturbing roots which could stunt plant growth , i use canna nutrients vega for vegitive and flores for flowering here is a site http://www.canna-uk.com/dhtml/
