If weed were legal, heck, I'd have plants growing all over my apartment. And so would many of my friends. We'd probably grow enough that we could just give it away or sell it extra cheap to all our friends, and it would probably be mostly under-the-table deals so the government wouldn't get a cut. There are very few modern industries that could be done almost entirely in ordinary households, but the marijuana industry is definitely one of them.
