This must be a factor for a lot of people because everyone here says to take very long breaks to increase your tolerance. Lab rats tested for tolerance only took 7 days to have a full response to the drug again (including full neuroreceptor counts) and the most rapid decrease in tolerance happened durring the first day. My experiences with mj have led me to believe that this is also true for people. I think the secret is not to take a long break and then start smoking constantly again, but to space out your highs evenly. If you aren't getting high enough on what you have, just wait a little longer between smokes.
MFD Reviewed by MFD on . bringin' back the good old days? alright, so i figure my tolerance has gone up in the past half year or so of smoking atleast once a week.. and i damn well miss the days when i used to be able to roast just a bowl or two and go bananas. so im curious; have any of you guys quit for a while just to get that easy-high back? or for other reasons. the point is, when you smoked again, how much better was it, and how long did you quit for? casue im plannin to do so here soon if its worth it.
