The smoke Plus in kent on benson sells to minors usually, if u at least look like your 18. but if not, go with a freind to a smoke shop and have him buy it for you.

ok here is what you need to do. If you are patient enough you can buy from the internet. Send the package to

Yourname
General Delivery
Your City, WA XXXXX

This will send the package to your local post office. You can call them up if you want and verify which post office it will be shipped to, or how you can ship it general delivery.

This way your parents won't see the package, all you need is your id to pick it up.

On Univerity Street, more commonly reffered to as the Ave, there is a place called Sam's Smokes that sells. I recently bought a bubbler there, the dude working didn't ask for ID, he just sold it. There is some nice stuff there too

There are a lot of little shops, convenience stores, that aren't smoke shops at all ... they tend to have pipes and such, if you ask.
