Just remember that your landlord still has to give you at least 24 hours notice prior to entry (every single time he or a prospective tenant/buyer comes by) he might just want to show it on certain days, since the place still is technically yours until the day the lease ends. So make sure you keep in contact with him/her on when they have scheduled to come into the place. Try to see if he/she can accomidate your schedule.

Tell them the last place you moved from last time things were stolen when they brought in tenants. Most of the time they will work with you....unless you have a poor landlord.

Ive got 2 6-7f tall plants in my closet which are 2-4 weeks from finish. I am moving outta my place and my landlord will be showing the suit. My plants are in my closet -- the only plug is on the outside of my closet so I wires running under the door.
