Can prescribe Marinol, just like they can prescribe morphine, etc! Convincing them is the hard part. My cannabis specialist wouldn't prescribe it for me- and forget about my GP prescribing it! My cannabis specialist said (A) I didn't need it for my medical problems. And (B) he said it could be a "red flag" if the feds found out (unless you are presently undergoing chemo).
