Where can I buy a light ballast that supports both HPS and MH? Ideally, I don't want to spend more than $350, and also it would be nice if it came with both kinds of bulbs.

most any lighting wholesaler will list those as "switchable" ballasts ... that's what you're looking for ... try 'sunlightsupply.com ... :smokin:
