NJ should follow NY methods.
As a NYC neighbor to Jersey, they have some pretty damned harsh regulation for marijuana. Mandatory jail sentences for convictions, and dirty found paraphernalia results in mandatory probation. Across the water here in New York City we have a lenient $100 citation for posession of less than 25 grams and we have a far more effective way of regulating Marijuana than Jersey does, with their extremely heavy penaltys of simple marijuana charges.

fukn Jersey and those damn jug handles...
So glad that I moved outta that arm pit!
But hellz yea to supporting ANYTHING that loosens the hold of all the anti-pot propaganda.
Law enforcement would rather the chroniclly ill of a community suffer and pay out the nose for Rx meds instead of the law giving up on the fruitless, never ending, and not at all worth it, effort to stamp out MJ use in America.
"This is strictly a first step to get in the door to legalize drugs in America," said Terrence Farley, the first assistant prosecutor of Ocean County and counsel to the County Narcotics Strike Force Commanders Association and the New Jersey Narcotics Enforcement Officers Association.
That person is a fag. No one is lobbying for ALL drugs to be legalized...just one more. One more of the THOUSANDS of legal Rx drugs, narcotics too, that can be had via a prescription ffs. Whats the person afraid of? A smaller work load?
