It really is. I didn't know what to think. It's put a little differently at the site (the "Is this Art" is before the pictures, and then the quote), so I found it amusing, at first.
Then I looked back at the pictures and thought, "How true?!?!?! That adult is seriously messed up."

Why do none of them have shirts on? I think this is just weird. Making naked children cry for art? Surely there must have been some other way to express themselves, but making kids cry for art is just nasty. Give back their lolly!

It's art to some extent, if you look at the artist's intentions, but the nakedness of the children and morbid point of view goes a little bit overboard for me. It's art, just bad art.
