You dont have to be 18 to smoke but if you wanna go in any store and buy some smokes (or a pack of cigarillos, or rolling papers) you have to be 18 . And you can begin drivers training at 16. I believe some people get their license at 16 too but in the book I'm studying for they say I have to take one segment of the test when I'm 17. So I really dont know .
