Thanks for the kind words, Juggalo. Glad to be of help. I certainly enjoy playing on this board and talking about stuff that interests me, but for me, somehow being a mod would make it like work instead of play. So I'll just keep enjoying being one of the ones who needs moderation instead! (Besides, I'm about to medical school in a week and a half and won't even have time to play anymore after that starts.)

You know, there's no certainty that feeling a little depressed has to be because of quitting weed. Stopping regular weed use apparently does have a depressive affect on plenty of people. But millions of people also just get depressed for no clear-cut reason. I certainly do. And when there are lots of changes in my life or my routine or my friends, that's more likely to happen. The general rule is to seek help or go talk to someone if it lasts longer than three solid weeks or if you're feeling so down you don't feel like functioning. There are good past posts here on the boards from Ganjasaurus Rex about vitamin and dietary changes that can be effective in improving depression. I've experienced depression when I've been running low on vitamin B12. For any type of depression, I find that exercise of any kind is the best antidepressant there is.

I hope you feel better soon, sweet friend!
