first grow

So my friend is moving into an appartment and going to start growing in his closet. He is thinking he'll go mostly by this guide: http://www.erowid.org/plants/cannabi...ivation2.shtml since it keeps things pretty simple, which is good for a first timer. But he was wondering if anyone had any particular advice for someone new to growing. He has a few seeds from a bag that was pretty good, but he was considering buying some Nirvana Northern Lights seeds, and wondering if anyone could reccomend a place to get them in the US. Thanks

That looks like a pretty solid guide from everything I've ever read... good luck w/ that, and from everything I've ever heard you probably want to make your setup, test run a harvest of bagseed through, and then order the expensive stuff in case you mess something up (and you should still be able to get a nice grow out of the bagseed too)
