I dont think you want to flush your soil. I would wait a little bit longer and just make sure that the yellowing isnt natural for the plant. Bottom line, if it IS a problem I would say it is a nutrient deficiency. To me they look pretty healthy(iono maybe im dumb). Last thought, are they getting enough light?

This is occouring from the body of the leaf and not the tip so I am inclined to think that it is not nute burn.
