Yellowing leaves... first thing you should think of is N deficiency. And at 3 weeks yeah, that's about right if....

This is occouring from the body of the leaf and not the tip so I am inclined to think that it is not nute burn. I have included some pictures (excuse the quality, the humididty outside fogged my lens). I once used very very dilute grow nutes as per highbreds instructions, more specifically the liquid earth system. (www.liquid-earth.com) One is flowering which seems to be progressing Rating: 5
