sprayer/mister height in aero cloner????
well it does need to get the stem wet. I mount mine upside down right under the top.
which aerocloner did you...er yer friend copy? there are several.
put it this way...if the cloner is running...and the stem is dry...then your sprinkler heads are in the wrong place.
and, if you have the system functioning with enough pressure, then the stem is going to get wet no matter what. peace

The underside of the lid should always be moist or even wet.

the gel just helps...not absolutely necessary, but at wally's or whereever...You can buy schultz take-root powder...works good cheaper than gel.
another thing...after a year1/2 of cloning in my system, I switched and have been cloning with 1"r'wool with 99% success ratio. easier, less hassle, faster rooting time.
I love my systems, but I really have had a happy time since I quit using cloner. peace
