It seems like a lot of the world is decriminalizing when it comes to weed, but where I live its terrible I would love to visit holland or someplace maybe even canada where it is more relaxed

Yeah man, check out your states marijuana laws at NORML's website. I live in Ohio, and it has pretty much the best laws ever. Possession of 100g (4 ounces) or less is treated as a minor misdemeanor and punished by a $100 ticket. Doesn't even go on your criminal record.
