Really good if its broken up fine, I like to crumble up the papers
first for better texture. Easier to roll, I think what he meant was he uses the dollar bill as a tool to help like a roller

My parents wouldn't buy me cigarettes as a kid but they would buy me a can of bugler rolling tobacco. I started using a dollar bill and then graduated to rolling by hand. That was when I was 13, now I am 28 and can roll a perfect joint/smoke in about 15 seconds that is round and tight but not too tight, just the perfect amount.

I just use semi-hard but not too hard paper thats lying around and if i'm desparate, I'll use the rolling paper holder thing.
I think I can roll decent, enough to inhale and get high but practice makes perfect. :smokin:

Well said. I've been smoking for years, but just can't roll. I know how, and have tought people, all while unable to roll a decent joint myself. If push comes to shove, however, I can and will roll something that can only be defined as "smokable".
