He explains IN DETAIL exactly the position of his car in relation to 2pac and Suge, at the redlight, when he shooting took place. He saw the Cadillac and saw the window roll down and saw the guy/girl shooting. The guy popped him and rode off into the distance. Based off of that you think it would be easy to find out who did it?
