well obviously there are times when you would eat any shit going but the best munch ever has to be the yoghurt, fruit, cereal nut and god knows what else concoctions from the little place on nieuwezijds voorburgwal in the dam, near the crappy grasshopper. its worth the air fare alone. well, not quite but its worth getting a munch from them when your there. looks good splatted on you too when you get fucked by a tram cos your off your tits. by the time they come to scrape you up youll be covered in pigeons eating the munch, and most probably would get your 15 minutes of fame in some news papers. nice.

lately i have been devouring large amounts of pasta salad. cause its good and easy to make. just like, boil up some pasta, run cold water over it, douse it with italian dressing and eat. i eat huge quanities of it esp when i got the munchies from weed or beers

when i smoke i get the munchies real bad so i usally get some burgers that are huge like the hardys monster thick burgers(ultimate munchies food) and a big thing of sweet tea mmmmmmmm

Salty, greasy stuff. Like french fries dipped in ranch dressing. But if there are no potatoes around, baby carrots will work nicely, too.
