True, you can make friends will prople around your area, but most of the trustworthy people will stay away from it. I wish I could give you some pointers, but it's hard make a new hookup. If school is in, check around for some parties. You're best best (and easiest) chance would be at one. You can go have some drinks and you're bound to run into some green being passed around.
