When youre really into your routine and making gains motivation isnt difficult to find, if you take too long a break you feel really lazy in the gym and like you just want to give up. Go back a few more times and youll be fine, cardio will be okay again too

Then I got lazy, started smoking almost everyday and stopped working out. After a few months of that I just worked out again. Fuck me sideways. Not only can I not do nearly as much weight, but I get winded and lightheaded after like one set and I need a break. I'm so pissed, I had no idea I had slipped into this shitty of cardiovascular shape. If I were to stop smoking this very second and Rating: 5
