Lol, well I somehow balance both very easily. I run my ass off and lift, then I get really high. Me smoking has no effect on my lungs as far as I can tell, and that's just based on the fact that I am never short of breath on a run, and I'm getting more and more endurance each day. I'm used to it, though, because soccer runs my life. In a week I will have to be outside in this *lovely* weather twice a day, running and running and running. Oh, and there might be some sprints, but only if there's time. : )

You just gotta stick to it, or at least wait to get high after you have worked out, so laziness doesn't become a part of you.
Its a Plant Reviewed by Its a Plant on . So I just worked out for the first time in forever... I used to work out a lot and I was in pretty good shape. Back then I'd only smoke on the weekends. Then I got lazy, started smoking almost everyday and stopped working out. After a few months of that I just worked out again. Fuck me sideways. Not only can I not do nearly as much weight, but I get winded and lightheaded after like one set and I need a break. I'm so pissed, I had no idea I had slipped into this shitty of cardiovascular shape. If I were to stop smoking this very second and Rating: 5
